FAQ

Are these artworks originals?

Yes. Every artwork on Arth is an original, one-of-one piece created by the named master artist. No reproductions, no prints, no copies. Each piece is authenticated before listing.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every artwork ships with an Arth Provenance Certificate -a permanent record of the artwork's origin, the artist's name and lineage, and a unique certificate ID. It cannot be replicated or transferred to another piece.

Do you do custom commissions?

Yes. If you'd like a piece created specifically for you by one of our master artists, reach out to us at hello@arthartistry.com with your ideas. Commission timelines are decided by the artist.

How long does shipping take?

Each artwork ships directly from the artist's studio in Raghurajpur, Odisha. We prepare and dispatch within 2-3 days of your order. Delivery takes 12-18 business days to the US and 14-20 business days to Europe. You'll receive full tracking details by email as soon as it ships. All shipments are free and fully insured.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering. For US buyers, most original artworks under $2,500 are duty-free under the HTS 9701 classification.

How do I care for the artwork?

Pattachitra is made with natural dyes on handmade cloth; materials designed to last centuries. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Frame with UV-protective glass for best preservation. Detailed care instructions are included with every delivery. For Talapatra palm leaf works: Store flat, avoid humidity, and handle with clean dry hands.

Can I return an artwork?

Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
