Origin & Shipping Process
Every piece of art at Arth Artistry is authentic. All artworks ship directly from our partner artists in heritage villages in Odisha, India, to your doorstep.
Fully Insured Shipping
For your peace of mind, all original works are 100% insured for worldwide shipping. We use premium carriers (DHL/FedEx) to ensure the safe transit of these delicate heritage pieces.
Timing & Handling:
Please allow 5–7 business days for our artists to securely package your artwork.
Delivery:
Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 10–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Taxes & Customs:
Domestic (India): All artworks sold within India are subject to 5% GST, which will be calculated at checkout.
International (Customs & Duties): International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Arth Artistry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returns Policy
Return Policy:
Original Art Because Arth Artistry deals in one-of-a-kind original works and limited-edition heritage art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."
Damages and Issues
We take immense care in packaging our heritage art, but we understand that transit can be unpredictable. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the artwork arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us at hello@arthartistry.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, please include:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the external packaging damage.
Clear photos of the damage to the artwork or frame.
Upon verification, we will arrange for an insurance claim and work with you to provide a replacement (if applicable for prints) or a refund for original works.
Exchanges As our pieces are unique originals, we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to damage, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
