Hand-Painted Nature: As many of our pieces are hand-painted heritage art (Pattachitra), minor organic variations in line, texture, and color are a hallmark of the traditional artistic process and are not considered defects.

Authenticity: Every original artwork is accompanied by a physical Certificate of Authenticity.

Display: Colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings and configuration.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Your order is not accepted until Arth Artistry confirms acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is processed, particularly for unique or commissioned pieces.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Complimentary Shipping: We provide complimentary standard global shipping on all orders. The posted price is inclusive of standard shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated.

Liability: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Import Duties: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws of the destination country. Arth Artistry is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied upon arrival.

Our Services and all content (trademarks, text, images, graphics) are owned by Arth Artistry and protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws.

Ownership of Physical Art: The purchase of a physical artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical object but does not transfer the copyright.

Reserved Rights: The artist and Arth Artistry retain all rights to reproduction. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the artwork for commercial use without express written consent.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of optional third-party tools (such as currency converters) or access to third-party websites.

SECTION 8 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, your data will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and relevant third-party payment processors (PayPal/Razorpay) to complete your transaction.
